Simple Stainless Steel chain attached to a small insert. You must have a phone case for this to fit. The opening should be 1/2 a cm wide to fit the chain through. Flat insert is also made of metal. Tabs are also metal- there is a film on one side that can be peeled off to stick into place. Although, the case holds it in place just fine.
