Refund policy

Refunds & Exchanges

Because each piece is made to order, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit. Every order is shipped with insurance, so you can shop with confidence.

Once your order is placed, we'll immediately begin sourcing materials specifically for your piece. For this reason, refunds cannot be offered once the order has been confirmed.

Exchanges

At this time, we're not able to accommodate exchanges. This is a one-person studio (and one business girlie), and while we'd love to offer this option in the future, there’s no streamlined way to manage exchanges right now. Thank you for understanding and supporting a handmade process.

Repairs

We're happy to offer reasonable repairs on most pieces. These may include:

  • Ring sizing (up to 2 sizes larger)
  • Jump ring, clasp, or chain repairs
  • Chain length adjustments
  • Polishing or light refinishing

If you’re unsure whether your piece qualifies, please reach out via email or fill out a customs/repair form on our website.

Buyers are responsible for shipping both ways, unless the repair is due to a workmanship issue (for example, a clasp breaking within one month of delivery).
