Label reads California Dream - Medium 100% nylon
THIS was the color of the 80's. Cutest lacy frills. Waist stretches up to 34" comfortably. There is more give but this is where it stretches up too with out being too stressed. Best fits a modern small or medium person. Has two belt loops so it must be missing its belt! Otherwise excellent condition. Snaps at crotch.
